Installing the VANOS central valve of the intake camshaft adjuster

• Guide in and install the VANOS central valve (1) of the intake camshaft adjuster.

• Tighten the VANOS central valve (1) of the intake camshaft adjuster hand-tight.

• Release the VANOS central valve (1) of the intake camshaft adjuster in the direction of the arrow  60 °.
