84 10 012 Removing and installing/replacing battery of telematics control unit

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove TELEMATICS CONTROL UNIT

Removal:

Open lid (1) on telematics control unit (2) and remove.

Disconnect plug.

Remove battery (1) from telematics control unit (2).

Installation:

Connect connector.

Insert battery (1) into telematics control unit (2) and connect connector.

NOTE: Make sure battery and connector are correctly fitted.

Position and close lid (1) on telematics control unit (2).

NOTE: Make sure lid (1) is correctly fitted.
