Removing and installing/replacing deformation element for front left bumper (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed:
- Remove support for top front BUMPER COVER .
Removal:
Remove screws (1 to 4).
Pull out deformation element (5).
Installation:
Insert deformation element (5).
Tighten screws (1 to 4).
