Replacing Left Trunk Base (Cooper Clubman F54)

Observe procedure of REPAIR STAGE 2 !

For stripping and rebuilding operations, refer to surrounding texts on KSD (FRU number 41 12 190).

Following new body parts are required (see applicable BMW Parts Catalog):

1. Luggage compartment floor, left section
2. Wheel well extension, rear left

Removal 

Mark the severance cut (1) according to the schematic diagram and cut.

Open welded connections in area (2).

Remove luggage compartment floor.

New part preparation 

Mark severance cut on new part in accordance with severance cut on vehicle + 15 mm for extra material and cut.

Adjust new parts and prepare for joining through welding.

Installation 

Install new parts and weld in areas (1) and (2).
