(Install the heat shield on the exhaust turbocharger, top)
- Fit and install the heat shield (1) on the exhaust turbo charger, top.
- Make sure that the heat shield (1) is correctly positioned on the heat shield (2).
- Tighten the screws (1) on the heat shield (2).(TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS)
Heat shield to console/heat shield M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Feed in and install the heat shield (2).
- Tighten down screw (1).(TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS)
Heat shield to console/heat shield M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Tighten down screw (1).(TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS)
Heat shield to console/heat shield M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Fit and secure the coolant line (2) to the holder (3).
- Tighten down screw (1).(TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS)
Coolant line to cylinder head M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm If installed: Installing the differential pressure sensor with the pressure line
- Use the special tool 5 A19 557
for tightening the union nut.
- Version A
Feed in and install the pressure line (2) in the holder (3).
Tighten the union nut (1) with the special tool 5 A19 557 .

Feed in and install the pressure line (2) in the holder (3).
Tighten the union nut (1) with the special tool 5 A19 557 .

- Tighten down screw (3).(TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS)
Differential pressure sensor to holder screw Tightening torque 4 Nm - Replace pressure hose (2)
Parts: Pressure hose
- Connect pressure hose (2) to differential pressure sensor (4).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Guide in and install cover (2).
- Lock the detents (1).
The detents (1) must engage audibly.
