Installing fuel delivery line

• Guide the fuel delivery line (1)  in and install.
• Make sure the rubber damper (2)  is positioned correctly  .
• Tighten the union nut (3)  hand-tight.
• Hand-tighten the bolts (4)  .

• Tighten down screws (3)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Fuel delivery line to cylinder head cover
  M6x18	Tightening torque	7 Nm

• Tighten union nut (2)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Fuel delivery line to high pressure pump
  M14	Tightening torque	26 Nm

• Connect the fuel line (1)  to the fuel supply line (5)  and lock.

  The fuel line (1)  must engage audibly.

• Ensure that the rubber damper (4)  is correctly installed.

• Insert and install the sound insulation (2)  .
• Connect and lock the connector (1)  .

  The connector (1)  must engage audibly.
