84 10 012 Removing and installing/replacing battery of telematics control module (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Preliminary work needed: 

• REMOVE TELEMATICS CONTROL MODULE .

Removal: 

Open lid (1) on telematics control module (2) and remove.

Disconnect plug.

Remove rechargeable battery (1) from telematics control module (2).

Installation: 

Connect connector.

Insert battery (1) into telematics control module (2) and connect plug.

Position and close lid (1) on telematics control module (2).

Required follow-up work: 

• INSTALL TELEMATICS CONTROL MODULE .
