Install chain tensioner
NOTE:

- Use a suitable tool to tighten the chain tensioner.
NOTE:
Tighten chain tensioner using the illustrated tool.
- Drain the oil chamber in the chain tensioner when reusing the chain tensioner.
- Place the chain tensioner on a level support, slowly compress in the arrow direction and relieve it.
- Catch and dispose of emerging engine oil.
- Repeat the procedure 2x.
- Replace the sealing sleeve (1).

- Guide in and install the sealing sleeve (1) on the chain tensioner (2).
- Guide in and install the chain tensioner (1).
- Tighten the chain tensioner (1) with standard tools.
