Install fan cowl with electric fan

Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

Remove guard for the cooler fins
NOTE:
Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Remove guard (1) .
- Maneuver the guides (arrows) of the fan cowl (1)
into the charge air cooler.
- Maneuver the fan cowl (1)
in the arrow direction and install it.
- Lock the left and right locks (arrows).
- Tighten down screws (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS
Fan cowl on radiator M6X12 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure clamps (2) .
- Thread in and install coolant line (3)
.
- Guide the seal (1) in and install it.
