2l 00 006 Venting clutch hydraulic system (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)
Preliminary work needed:
- Connect bleeder unit to brake fluid expansion tank.
- Remove front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
IMPORTANT:
Check relevant equipment manufacturer's operating instructions for each device.
Charging pressure should not exceed 2 bar.
Remove the dust cap from the bleed valve (1).
Insert air bleeder hose (2) into bleed valve (1).
Open bleed valve (1) and flush until clear brake fluid leaks out without air bubbles.
Close bleed valve.
Switch off bleeder unit or remove from expansion tank.
Correct brake fluid level in expansion tank.
Required follow-up work:
- Install front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- Remove bleeder unit from brake fluid expansion tank.
