65 50 200 Removing and installing (replacing) central instrument - V.1 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Special tools required: 

• 00 9 327 

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove DASHBOARD COVER .

Removal: 

Unscrew the screws (1).

Unclip and remove the cover (1) upwards using special tool 00 9 327.

Push the lock (1) downward using a screwdriver and at the same time pull the central instrument towards the vehicle interior.

Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Remove central instrument (2).

Replacement: 

• Remount the SWITCH FOR THE HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS SYSTEM .
• Remount the AUDIO CONTROL PANEL .
• Remount the CENTRAL INFORMATION DISPLAY (CID) .

Installation: 

Connect and lock the plug connections (1) on the central instrument (2).

Install the central instrument into the dashboard and engage at the top.

Tighten down screws (1).

Correctly position and engage the trim (1) in the dashboard.
