Removing heat shield at upper exhaust turbocharger

CAUTION: Hot surfaces. 
Risk of burning! 

• Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.

• Keep the following tool ready:
  • Torque wrench (1)
  • Special tool 5 A19 557  (2)
  • Ring wrench insert (3)

• Release union nut (1) from the pressure line using special tool 5 A19 557.

• Loosen screw (1).
• Feed out coolant line (2) from the holder (3) and place to one side.

• Loosen screws (1).
• Release screws (2).

• Loosen screw (1).
• Feed out and remove the heat shield (2).
