41 33 721 REPLACE THE RIGHT HEADLIGHT STAND (SIDE PANEL REMOVED) REP-REP-RAF6041-4133721 - V.2 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Necessary preliminary work 

• Remove right headlight. Refer to 63 12 143 REMOVING AND INSTALLING (REPLACING) RIGHT HEADLIGHT WITH LED TECHNOLOGY REP-REP-RAF6063-6312143 - V.2 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV) .

Removal

Release wiring harness (1).

Release screws (2) to (4) and raise headlight mount.

Disconnect plug connection (5) and remove headlight mount.

Installation

Connect plug connection (5).

Install the headlight mounting. Tighten screw and nuts (4).

Screws/nuts (4): Refer to Tightening torque 41 33 3AZ .

Screw (3): Refer to Tightening torque 51 11 1AZ .

Secure wiring harness (1).

Required follow-up work: 

• Install the right headlight. Refer to 63 12 143 REMOVING AND INSTALLING (REPLACING) RIGHT HEADLIGHT WITH LED TECHNOLOGY REP-REP-RAF6063-6312143 - V.2 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV) .
