Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove left headlight. Refer to 63 12 003 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT HEADLIGHT REP-REP-RAF6063-6312003 - V.4 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV) .

Removal

Release wiring harness (1).

Release screw and component (2).

Release screw (3).

Release screw and nuts (4) and remove headlight mounting.

Installation

Install the headlight mounting. Tighten screw and nuts (4).

Screw/nuts (4): Refer to Tightening torque 41 33 3AZ .

Screw (3): Refer to Tightening torque 51 11 1AZ .

Join component (2) and tighten screw (2).

Fasten wiring harness (1) at attachment points.

Required follow-up work: 

• Install left headlight. Refer to 63 12 003 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT HEADLIGHT REP-REP-RAF6063-6312003 - V.4 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV) .
