41 12 557 STRIPPING OPERATIONS - REPLACING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR, MIDDLE (TAIL PANEL REMOVED) REP-REP-RAF5441-4112557_RUESTEN_KLEBEN - V.3 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

NOTE: Owing to the different engine variants and equipment specifications, not all the components are taken into consideration.
The following list basically represents the removal sequence.

Remove rear cross member (FRU number: 33 31 012)
Lower rear axle differential (FRU number: 33 10)

Release screw (1) and remove exhaust system holder.

Tightening torque 18 20 2AZ.

Operation is described on the left side. Right side identical.

Open holder (1). Slacken nut (2).

Disconnect plug connection (3) and place wiring harness aside.

Compress sealing sleeve (1) in the direction of the arrow from both sides and remove it.

Compress the detents (1) and thread in plug-in contact (2) to the inside.
