67 62 020 Removing and installing/replacing flat motor for rear left or right power windows (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Preliminary work needed:

Remove REAR POWER WINDOWS .

Removal:

Release screw connections (1).

Remove flat motor (2) from power windows.

The cable must not come loose from the power window.

Installation:

Mount the flat motor (2) to the power window.

NOTE: Simultaneously tighten both screw connections (1).
The shaft of the flat motor (2) must be pulled into the holder of the power windows under slight tension.

Tighten the screw connections (1).

Tightening torque 51 35 6AZ .

Required reworking:

Install REAR POWER ELECTRIC WINDOWS .

After installation:

An initialization must be carried out in order to activate crush guard.

Read and comply with NOTES on initialization of power electric windows.
