67 11 555 Removing and installing/replacing servo drive for fuel filler flap (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Preliminary work needed:

Remove COVER HOUSING .

Removal:

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes.
Some parts may differ in certain details.

Loosen controller drive (1) in the direction of the arrow to remove it.

Installation:

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes.
Some parts may differ in certain details.

Insert controller drive (1) in the direction of the arrow and lock in place.

NOTE: Make sure the servo drive for fuel filler flap is correctly installed!
Check central locking system of the controller drive before installation of cover bowl.
Make sure emergency release is correctly routed.

Required reworking:

INSTALLING COVER HOUSING .
