Installing the tailgate seal

Remove the rest of the sealant from the sheet steel flange.
Clean the sheet metal flange with cleaning agent R2.
CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

Cleaning agent R2 500 ml 83190417324
Renew tailgate seal (1).
Parts: Tailgate seal
Mount tailgate seal (1) starting from the sealing joint (2).
Ensure that the tailgate seal (1) rests correctly on all adjacent trim panels.
Check
Check the closing function of the trunk lid.
