Removing and installing (replacing) side center console trim panel (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove FOOTWELL LIGHT .

  Right side only:

• Remove BOTTOM RIGHT DASHBOARD TRIM PANEL .

Removal: 

Remove screw (1).

Release side center console trim panel (2) from retaining clips (3).

Feed out side center console trim panel (2) from guides (4) and remove.

Installation: 

Feed in trim panel (1) into guides (2) and lock in clamps (3).

Tighten screw (4).

Required reworking: 

• Install FOOTWELL LIGHT .

Right side only: 

• Install BOTTOM RIGHT INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM PANEL .
