63 11 760 Replacing headlight control unit (FLEL) (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD PROTECTION ).

Preliminary work needed:

Removal:

Release all screws (1).

Remove front light electronics control unit (2) from headlight (3).

Installation:

NOTE: Gasket (1) for front light electronics control unit (2) must not be damaged and must be installed free from grease.

Insert front light electronics control unit (2) into headlight (3).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 11 1AZ .

NOTE: Ensure front light electronics control unit (1) is correctly fitted.
