65 77 740 Removing and installing (replacing) the front door sensor, left - V.1 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Partially remove the SOUND INSULATION FROM THE FRONT DOOR .

Removal: 

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Slacken nut (2).

Remove sensor (3) downwards.

Installation: 

Position sensor (3) correctly.

Tighten nut (2).

Tightening torque 65 77 4AZ .

Connect and lock plug connection (1).

Required reworking: 

• Attach SOUND INSULATION AT FRONT DOOR .
