41 33 721 Replace The Right Headlight Stand Rep-Rep-RAF5641-4133721 - V.3 (Cooper 4-Door Hatchback And 2-Door Hatchback, 2020-2023)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove TRIM FROM RIGHT WHEEL ARCH .
• Remove RIGHT HEADLIGHT .

REMOVAL: 

Courtesy of BMW OF NORTH AMERICA, INC.

Release wiring harness at attachment point (1).

Release screws (2) to (5) and remove headlight stand (6).

INSTALLATION: 

Courtesy of BMW OF NORTH AMERICA, INC.

Install headlight stand (6) and tighten screws (2) to (5).

Screws (5): Tightening torque 41 33 3AZ .

Screw (4): Tightening torque 41 35 1AZ .

Screw (3): Tightening torque 51 11 1AZ .

Fasten wiring harness in area (1).

Required reworking: 

• Install TRIM ON RIGHT WHEEL ARCH .
• Install RIGHT HEADLIGHT .
