41 11 311 Replacing Entrance For Door Front Left Rep-Rep-RAF5641-4111311 - V.1 (Cooper 2-Door Hatchback, 2020-2023)
Observe procedure for REPAIR STAGE 3 .
Read contents of BODY, GENERAL .
For stripping and rigging operations, refer to texts on KSD CD (job number 41 11 311).
Use only APPROVED SPOT WELDER for repairs.
Following new body parts are required (see Electronic Parts Catalog):
- Door sill, outer
Removal
Open welded connections in area (1) and remove door sill.
New part preparation
Fit in new part.
Installation
Install new part and weld in area (1).
