51 47 030 Removing and installing/replacing (inside) rear left or right entrance cover strip (Cooper 4-door hatchback models, 2020-2023)

Special tools required: 

• 00 9 325 

When carrying out repair work on trim panels, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Preliminary work needed: 

• Partially remove REAR SEAT .

Removal: 

Release expanding rivet (1) from door sill cover strip (2).

Carefully lever out rocker panel trim (2) from clips (3) using special tool 00 9 325  and remove.

Installation: 

Replacement 

Remount clips (3).

Carefully engage rocker panel trim (2) into the clips (3).

Secure expanding rivet (1) of door sill cover strip (2).

• Install REAR SEAT .
