61 62 030 Replacing (removing and installing) wiper arm for rear wiper (Cooper 4-door hatchback and 2-door hatchback, 2020-2023)

Special tools required:

61 6 210

Removal:

Open protective cap (1).

Slacken nut (3) two turns.

Attention!

To avoid damaging the spray nozzle, it is necessary in addition to the special tool to use a suitable socket for detaching the rear wiper from the wiper motor.

Press off wiper arm (2) 61 6 210 with special tool and suitable socket (4).

Unscrew nut (3).

Remove wiper arm (2).

Installation:

NOTE: Rear wiper must be in rest position.

Position wiper arm (2).

Tighten nut (3).

Tightening torque 61 62 1AZ .

Close protective cap (1).

NOTE: Adjust distance (1) between wiper arm and rear window edge.

Remount REAR WIPER BLADE .
