Fastening the conductor lines on the electrical machine

- Adhere to the utmost cleanliness.
- Protect components from contamination e.g. by covering.
- Close off line connections with seal plugs.
- Do not touch conductor lines!
- Close the plug connections (1) and (2).
- Clean the tools that are used to tighten the screws of the busbars.
Tools must not have any residue of operating fluids.
- Use new, grease-free and clean gloves.
Gloves must not have any residue of operating fluids.
- Remove new screws (3) with gloves and screw in.

New screws (3) must not have any residue of operating fluids.
- Tighten the screws (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Replace screws.14 Nm
