Removing and installing/replacing top dashboard storage compartment (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed  :

• Remove the center right FRESH AIR GRILLE .

Removal: 

Open storage compartment (1) and release the screws (2).

Remove the storage compartment (1) inwards from the clamps (3).

Close and feed out storage compartment (1).

Installation: 

Insert storage compartment (1) and clip it in the dashboard with the clamps (3).

Tighten down screws (2).

Required follow-up work: 

• Install the center right FRESH AIR GRILLE .
