Removing the air flap control

Mechanical effects .
Paint damage .

Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Preliminary work

Refer to REMOVING FRONT BUMPER COVER .
Refer to REMOVING IMPACT ABSORBER .

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Release the cable clip (2).

Loosen screws (1).
Feed out the air flap control (2) in area (3) and remove the support.
