51 45 031 Replacing the dashboard trim (Cooper 4-door hatchback and Cooper 2-door hatchback, 2020-2023)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Removing DASHBOARD TRIM .
• Removing AIRBAG UNIT ON PASSENGER'S SIDE .
• Removing DECORATIVE STRIP ON DASHBOARD ON LEFT .
• Removing ventilation grille on the left and right. Refer to 64 22 124 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT FRESH AIR GRILLE (COOPER 4-DOOR HATCHBACK AND COOPER 2-DOOR HATCHBACK, 2020-2023) and 64 22 115 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING LEFT FRESH AIR GRILLE (COOPER 4-DOOR HATCHBACK AND COOPER 2-DOOR HATCHBACK, 2020-2023)
• Removing SPEAKER (tweeter)

Removal: 

Remove air ducts (1).

If necessary, remove other mounting elements that are not included with the new part.

Install air ducts (1).

If necessary, install other mounting elements that are not included with the new part.
