Check Hood Hinge (Cooper, Cooper S, John Cooper Works)
Necessary preliminary work
- Remove hood hinge. Refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING THE HOOD HINGE (HOOD REMOVED) (ACTIVE PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION) or REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING THE LEFT HOOD HINGE (HOOD REMOVED) .
Open and close hinge (1).
Visual inspection for damage.
