51 48 001 Removing and installing/replacing insulation lining on engine hood/hood (Cooper 4-door hatchback and Cooper 2-door hatchback, 2020-2023)

NOTE: Work explained using the F56 MINI Cooper ECE as an example, details may deviate in other models.

Removal:

Remove the clips from the damping layer.

Remove damping layer.

Installation:

Parts note:

Replace faulty clips.

Position the damping layer and secure using clips.
