61 31 116 Replacing the rocker switch for rear power electric windows (Cooper 4-door hatchback, 2020-2023)

Special tools required:

00 9 327

IMPORTANT: Carry out the following operation carefully so as to avoid damaging the door trim panel and switch.
If necessary, tape off the working area.

Removal:

Lever the rocker switch for the power electric windows (1) out of the armrest in arrow direction using special tool 00 9 327 .

Unlock the connector (1) on the rocker switch for the power electric windows (2) and disconnect.

Replacement:

Release all detents on trim (1) at both sides.

Remove the rocker switch for the power electric windows (2) from the trim (1).

Installation:

NOTE: The metal clamps on the trim (2) must not be damaged or missing.

Connect the connector (1).

Insert the rocker switch for the power electric windows (1) into the armrest in arrow direction.
