61 31 037 Removing and installing/replacing light control unit (Cooper 4-door hatchback and 2-door hatchback, 2020-2023)
NOTE:
When carrying out repair work on trim panels, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.
Preliminary work needed:
Removal:
Loosen the screws (2) on the light operating unit (1).
Remove the light operating unit (1) from the bottom instrument panel trim panel (3).
Installation:
Insert the light operating unit (1) into the bottom instrument panel trim panel (3).
Tighten down screws (2).
Tightening torque 61 31 1AZ .
Required follow-up work:
- Install INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM AT BOTTOM LEFT .
