Installing the catalytic converter (engine removed)

Replace seal (1) on catalytic converter.

Tighten the V-clip (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

V-ribbon clip of catalytic converter to exhaust turbocharger
V-band clamp Replace V-band clamp.	Tightening torque	13 Nm

Tighten nuts (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Catalytic converter to holder
M8 Replace nuts.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

Feed into top exhaust duct (2) and install.

Tighten down screw (1).

Exhaust duct to holder
M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Feed into bottom exhaust duct (2) and install.

Fit and install the heat shield (1) on the exhaust turbo charger, top.
Make sure that the heat shield (1) is correctly positioned on the heat shield (2).
