Refer to INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING R1234YF REFRIGERANT (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) , NOTE FOR HANDLING R134A REFRIGERANT (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) , NOTES REGARDING REFRIGERANT (R134A, R1234YF) AND REFRIGERANT OIL (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) , SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING REFRIGERANT R1234YF (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) and SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING TETRAFLUORETHANE REFRIGERANT R134A (COUNTRYMAN 2017-2023, EXCEPT PHEV) .

NOTE:
Desiccant insert cannot be replaced separately.
Preliminary work needed:
Removal:
Unscrew the screws (1).
Remove screw (1).
Remove refrigerant line (2).
Press radiator slightly forwards from rear.
Unlock left and right detent (1).
Slightly pull the air conditioning condenser (2) upwards.
Undo screw (1) and remove line (2).
Remove the air conditioning condenser (3).
Installation:
NOTE:
The ribs on the radiator and on the air conditioning condenser must not be damaged.
Replace sealing rings.

Replace sealing rings.
Parts: Sealing rings
Position the air conditioning condenser (3).
Position refrigerant line (2).
Tighten screw (1).
Tightening torque 64 53 3AZ .
The air conditioning condenser (2) must be engaged in the detents (1) on the left and right.
Replace sealing rings.
Parts: Sealing rings
Position refrigerant line (2).
Tighten screw (1).
Tightening torque 64 53 3AZ .
Tighten down screws (1).
Required reworking:
- EVACUATE AND FILL A/C SYSTEM .
- Install RADIATOR AIR DUCT .
