Install the heat shield on the exhaust turbocharger, top

Check the heat shield for damage that may occur to the flexible components (1).
If flexible components (1) are damaged, the entire heat shield must be replaced.

Position the heat shield (2).
Tighten down screw (1).

Tighten union nut (1) of the pressure line using special tool 5 A19 557.

Clip coolant line (2) into holder (3).
Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant line to cylinder head
M6	Tightening torque	8Nm
