Removing the trim from the side window glass on the left or right

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Disassemble the trim (1) on the side window glass (2) with a suitable plastic wedge.
Completely remove the adhesive residue from the side window glass.
Clean the adhesive area using paper fleece dipped in solvent cleaner R2.
CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

Cleaning agent R2 500 ml 83190417324
Observe an air drying time of at least 30 seconds.
