Installing the trim on the side window glass on the left or right

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Bonding surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. After the adhesive area has been cleaned, it must no longer be taped with bare hands.

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

NOTE: The ideal application and surface temperature is 15°C - 25°C.
Wipe the adhesive area with clean, lint-free fleece paper moistened with Sika activator -205. Use new fleece paper after each wiping operation.
Never use reusable microfiber cloths.
Ensure that you do not coat an area larger than the width of the trim (tape off if applicable).
ADHESIVE SPECIFICATION

Aktivator-205 250 ml, Bottle 83190030155

Apply the Sika activator -205 once very thinly, working from top to bottom or vice versa.
Excess or dripping quantities can reduce adhesion (floury white precipitation)!
Immediately after application (within 10 sec), gently wipe over the cleaned area once with new dry fleece paper.
Do not touch the treated bonding surface .
Remove liner (protective film) from trim (2), and bond flush with side window glass (1) in roof area.
