23 11 620 Replacing the guide sleeve for the disengagement module (GS6-60DA, GS6X60DA/BA) (Countryman base ALL4 AWD, Countryman S ALL4 AWD, Countryman JCW ALL4 AWD)
Preliminary work needed:
- Remove TRANSMISSION .
- REMOVE disengagement module and release lever from guide tube.
Removal:
Unscrew the screws (1).
Remove guide tube.
Installation:
Install the guide tube.
Tighten down screws (1).
Tightening torque 23 11 1AZ .
NOTE:
Clean new guide tube.
Guide surface must be clean (no labels/stickers or adhesive residue, etc.).

Required follow-up work:
- POSITION DISENGAGEMENT MODULE and release lever on guide tube.
- Install the TRANSMISSION .
