Remove the trunk lid handle

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING THE POWER TAILGATE SWITCH .
• Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM FOR THE TOP REAR WINDOW FRAME .
• Refer to REMOVING BOTH TRIM PIECES FOR THE REAR WINDOW FRAME .
• Refer to REMOVING TAILGATE TRIM PANEL .

• Unlock and disconnect the plug connections (1) and (2).
• Loosen screws (3).

• Unclip the inner trunk lid handle (1) from the detents (2) and remove towards rear.
