61 31 037 Removing and installing/replacing light control unit

NOTE: When carrying out repair work on trim panels, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Preliminary work needed:

Remove INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM AT BOTTOM LEFT

Removal:

Loosen the screws (2) on the light operating unit (1).

Remove the light operating unit (1) from the bottom instrument panel trim panel (3).

Installation:

Insert the light operating unit (1) into the bottom instrument panel trim panel (3).

Tighten down screws (2).

Tightening torque 61 31 1AZ .
