41 61 563 Removing and installing/replacing the left or right hood hinge (hood removed)

Necessary preliminary work

Remove LEFT WINDSHIELD PANEL COVER .

Removal

Remove water drain channel (1).

Release screws (1) and remove hinge.

Installation

Install hinge and tighten screws (1).

Tightening torque 41 61 2AZ .

Install the water drain channel (1).

Required follow-up work:

ADJUST hinge together with engine compartment lid.
