12 63 586 Replacing power distribution box

Attention!

Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove CONTROL UNIT .

Removal:

Release lock (1).

Detach cable (3) from equipment holder (4).

Carefully pull out power distribution box (2).

Unlock connector (1) and pull off.

Remove power distribution box (2).

Installation:

Connect the connector (1) to the power distribution box (2).

Connectors (1) must engage audibly.

Route cable (3) in the equipment holder (1).

Push the power distribution box (2) into the equipment holder (1) and snap into place.
