11 34 560 Replacing all valve stem seals (B36A/B38A)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove VALVE SPRINGS

Removal:

Disassemble valve stem seal (1) with special tool 11 1 480 .

Installation:

NOTE: The contact surface (1) must be clean.

Prepare special tool 11 6 380 with the valve stem seal (1).

Before installing the valve stem seals, the assembly sleeve must be fitted on the valve stem! Risk of damage to the sealing lip!

Press on valve stem seal (1) to stop using special tool 11 6 380 in direction of arrow.
