35 11 000 Removing and installing complete bearing support for brake pedal

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Read and comply with GENERAL INFORMATION .
Remove BRAKE BOOSTER .

Disconnect plug connection (1) on clutch master cylinder.

Disconnect line connection (2).

IMPORTANT: Catch brake fluid in a suitable container.

Disconnect plug connection (1) on brake light switch.

Undo nut (2) and remove bearing support (3).

Installation note:

Tightening torque 35 11 AZ .

Installation:

IMPORTANT: If required the clutch pedal must be remounted depending on the version of the new bearing block!

Install bearing support (3). Fit nut (2) and tighten. Replace self-locking nuts.

Parts: Nut

Tightening torque 35 11 AZ .

Connect plug connection (1) on brake light switch.

Connect line connection (2).

Connect plug connection (1) on clutch master cylinder.

Required follow-up work:

Bleed the clutch and brake hydraulics.
