33 55 000 Removing and installing/replacing rear stabilizer bar

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Lower REAR AXLE SUPPORT .

Removal:

Slacken nut (1).

If necessary, hold up at the Torx socket.

Remove anti-roll bar link (2) from anti-roll bar on left and right.

Release screws (1).

Remove retaining brackets.

Feed out anti-roll bar to one side.

Installation:

Feed in anti-roll bar from the side and position.

Set down retaining bracket.

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 33 55 3AZ .

Insert anti-roll bar link (2) into anti-roll bar on left and right.

Replace nuts (1).

Tighten down nuts (1).

If necessary, hold up at the Torx socket.

Tightening torque 33 55 1AZ .

Required follow-up work:

Raise REAR AXLE SUPPORT .
