34 52 525 Replacing one front pulse sensor

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Removal: 

Release screw (1) and remove pulse sensor (2).

Remove cable from bracket on spring strut.

Disengage cable from holders (1).

Disconnect plug connection (2).

Installation: 

Clean bore hole for pulse sensor and grease with Staburags NBU 12/K lubricating grease.

IMPORTANT: Check sensor head prior to installation for damage, replacing if necessary.

Attach brake pad wear sensor in brackets (1).

Connect plug connection (2).

Install pulse sensor (2).

Insert screw (1) and tighten down.

Tightening torque 34 51 4AZ .

Install cable in bracket on spring strut.
