16 13 521 Removing and installing/replacing pressure switch for Natural Vacuum Leak Detection (NVLD) (US version with NVLD)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR LEFT WHEEL ARCH PANEL .

IMPORTANT: When replacing the pressure switch, the DUST FILTER must also always be replaced.

Removal:

Unlock and disconnect snap fastener (1).

Release clamp (2) and pull off line.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Operate lever (2) and remove holder for pressure switch (3) downwards.

Installation:

Insert holder with pressure switch (1) into the bracket.

Lever (2) must engage in the bracket.

Connect plug connection (3).

Replace clamp (2).

Fit line and tighten clamp (2).

Position snap fastener (1) and lock.
