11 74 559 Replacing electric valve for vacuum control of coolant pump (B48, B46)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove INTAKE PLENUM

Removal:

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Pull off vacuum lines (1) from electric valve (2).

Unlock electric valve (1) in the marked area and pull off towards front.

Installation:

Place electric valve (1) in direction of arrow on holder.

NOTE: Electric valve (1) has to engage inside the marked area.

Place vacuum hoses (1) on electric valve (2).

IMPORTANT: Do not interchange vacuum hoses!

Connect the plug (1).
