64 11 866 Remove and install/replace the controller drive of the mixed air flap (left)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Removal: 

Release screws (1).

Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.

Remove actuator drive (3).

Installation: 

Position actuator drive (3) correctly.

Tighten down screws (1).

Join and lock plug connection (2).

IMPORTANT:

Servomotors must be readdressed in the event of replacement!

Addressing can only be carried out with the diagnosis system:

Service functions:

  • Body
  • Heating/air conditioning function
  • Flap motors
  • Readdress flap motors
